naldal Posted May 20, 2011 Report Share Posted May 20, 2011 I am new on this forum, but i would say allready pretty skilled in this area du to all of the topics i have ben reading in order to solve my problem. The problem is that, a few days ago, got the failiure with the well known black screen on my AVIC f-900 (EU). I read about others in this forum, and decided to dowload the firmware in order to snap the two WINCE files to a SD Card, dowloaded the new testmode 2,3 version and a full installation update 3.o for EU systems. When i get into the service menu -> WinCE -> and pressed WinCE update from SD/mmc (format) the unit reads the SD card but at 100 % it just freezes! I have tried to let it freeze for 2 hours but nothing happends. WHAT TO DO to get to the WinCE using the testmode from this point?!? PLEASE HELP! I have attached a image of the screen-freeze...
