Arrow wont stay pointed, and BT not working

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have an Avic D3 in a 2004 Sequoia. The arrow will not stay pointed in the direction I am going. I have to reset it every 30 minutes or so if I want it to stay moderately accurate.

Also, the BT no longer works. It will not recognize the same phone it once did, nor recognize new devices.

I have lived like this for 4 years now. Both features worked intermittently at first, but refused to stay fixed. I took it back to the retailer/installer multiple times, to no avail. They were getting sick of me, which is nothing compared to how sick I am of them, and out $$$. F - you, right back atcha, Verizon Wireless Zone, you incompetant hacks.

I will be on longer trips soon in unfamiliar areas, so this working like it should would be a great help. Anybody?

I have the same problem.

Did you ever get this fixed? did you get help on it?
