barney stinson
mine is pretty terrible. i sound distant and almost inaudible. my previous 3300BT sounded perfect. so far, this unit feels like a downgrade. i might try a different mic to see if that's what it is. i hope the pins on this thing are standard and not proprietary. brady1870
Used mine several times today and it sounded just fine. I wish the radio or music source would stay on until the iPhone actually started calling though. It can take a while to find a number in the phone book.

MorningZ
I also have issues with my Bluetooth... when a call is initiated the person on the other end can hear me for about 5 seconds then they are not able hear me anymore...... .
barney stinson
I haven't gotten a chance to play with it since I started this thread. another thought that I had was that it may be that the pins in the connector are not lining up right. kinda like when you don't have your earphones plugged in all the way and you get mono or just have one side working. maybe it has a "sweet spot". barney stinson
I tried out another mic today. it helped a little bit. it's still way too quiet though. nobody can hear me unless I'm almost shouting. I played with the pins as well, it didn't help any. I consider BT an essential part of my driving experience. I might have to RMA this thing.
