Whenever I need to get to it, it always appears to be down, unavailable or just plain slow. I am in New Jersey, so not connecting through any low-tech lines, etc. Just frustrated trying to get simple information about my radio, that wont be answered in this forum because it is in the manual which I am unable to get... yes I would download it as I did in the past as my computer crashed.
