Sapphm Posted November 25, 2011 Report Share Posted November 25, 2011 We just bought a 2004 Kia Sorento with a D1 unit and backup cam already installed. After researching on here we did the bypass and that works great (thank you all!). 2 things that we are still trying to figure out: 1) the radio will randomly change bandwidth at times. Sometimes related to using cruise control buttons, seat warmer buttons, and wipers, other times it will just change while driving. Any thoughts? 2) we are trying to wire the backup camera correctly to use the reverse cam and the rearview split screen. Wors great for reverse but no split screen camera. I only see an AV cable coming off the camera itself, so I am not sure what wire needs to be connected to aux/acc power to mKe it work. Any info or help would be appreciated! Thanks a bunch!
