FilthyFriday.com Posted March 6, 2012 Report Share Posted March 6, 2012 Hey Guys, I just installed the avic-710bt into my Audi A4. It's definitely an awesome unit! I bought it used, and the USB cable was severed. So I attached my own usb input port and as far as I can tell, it works as it should (iPod shows connected, music/image details show up, but no sound). I am assuming that I need the composite cable. I am going to go to the apple store to pick one up, but I was wondering to which RCA connectors do I plug the composite cable in? Also, what do I set the AV1/AV2 settings to? Thanks in advance! Joe EDIT: also, I did the bypass as described here: but I don't see a "destination" section on the navi.
