Watch the videos on YouTube. They show you lifting that little plastic riser on the connector itself. don't expect the pin to just easily pull out after you did that (mine did not). I pry'd and I pry'd on that and started actually mashing it. I used a dental pic kit I got at Harbor Freight so it was working well. Ultimately at the end I lifted one side of the bar higher than the other with the pic then just pulled pretty dang hard. It came out. In a video I saw a guy using some force on his too and it came out. It went in fine after that in the other hole.
