jibs Posted July 4, 2012 Report Share Posted July 4, 2012 Hello, i've had the avh-p4200dvd installed in my 02 subaru impreza for just over year now and everything had been working well. On saturday when i turned on my car, the music began playing as usual, however the touch screen is unresponsive. I turned off the car, turned it back on, the music began playing and the touch screen worked for about 2 minutes before becoming unresponsive again. I pushed the reset button, waited for the unit to reboot and the screen worked for 2 minutes before being unresonsive again. I spoke with Pioneer and because my warranty is expired they suggested taking it to the local repair shop. I spoke with the local repair shop and they said they have never seen this unit before and it could take upwards of 3-4 weeks for them to figure it out. Before i go down that road, I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue before and if there is anything i can do to fix it. Thanks Quote Link to post Share on other sites
