Major_Malfunction Posted September 23, 2012 Report Share Posted September 23, 2012 Anyone else having Bluetooth issues with a X920 and IPhone5 ? I am able to play music over Bluetooth just fine But when using phone the call volume keeps going from low to high And some times cuts out for 2 or 3 seconds The callers are able to hear me just fine however Works fine with IPhone4 and 4S Only have this issue with IPhone5 Bluetooth firmware on unit is from the last 2011 map update Tried looking for a newer firmware but couldn't find anything on Pioneer website Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Major_Malfunction Posted September 25, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 25, 2012 Did a little playing around with this when i had some free time If i turn off LTE the calls sound fine If i turn back on LTE i still have the issues hearing people while on a call and the volume going up and down. This even happens when i am in areas where LTE is not available I have the same issue when i connect to the Jabra hands free in the wifes van so i am assuming its not the AVIC at fault. This only happens using a BT device calls on the phone sound fine with LTE turned on. So for now i will just leave LTE turned off until Apple comes up with a fix for this Quote Link to post Share on other sites
