Buddy Posted March 17, 2013 Report Share Posted March 17, 2013 Hello all. I am new here so here we go. About 4 years ago I installed a z110bt with no issues. I use Serius, have steering wheel control, back up cam and all the ipod hook ups. Just today 3-17-13 I needed a new battery so I wnt to Sears and had one installed... now I have a clicking sound (like 1 second apart) in the left front speaker only and my unit will not power on. Usually the unit comes on when I stat the truck. 2003 Trailblazer. I disconnected the positive bat terminal and left off for a few mins and still the same thing. Has anyone heard of this before? Currently I have the terminal off cause I dont want to kill a new battery. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT..Thanks all Buddy Quote Link to post Share on other sites
JohnK Posted March 19, 2013 Report Share Posted March 19, 2013 I'm no expert on troubleshooting these units ... but if the car battery was changed, is it possible that when connecting the new battery a fuse was blown on either the constant or switch 12v lines?
