Upgrading my F90BT: Can I reuse any components if I go pioneer again

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my F90BT and potentially pass it down to my wife to use as a replacement for her radio she broke.  Are there any reusable components from the F90BT if I go with another pioneer deck?  I was hoping things like the GPS antenna, wire to the parking break, etc.. would be reusable and could just instal the new ones on my wife's vehicle and plug the new pioneer deck into the existing stuff on my car.

 

I am assuming my HD radio box and XM radio pieces prolly need to move with it.  

 

Any information would be extremely helpful!
