Stroke Posted February 14, 2007 Report Share Posted February 14, 2007 Cannot get Blackberry 8703E to transfer phone book. When Z1 is ready to receive bussiness cards the bluetooth disconnects. It looks like there are alought of problems with transfering phone book to the Z1 according to website topics. Did not see anything about Blackberry 8703E Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Guest Posted February 19, 2007 Report Share Posted February 19, 2007 This probably doesn't matter, but... When you are transferring contacts, the bluetooth connection is supposed to disconnect. That is, it disconnects and then reconnects again. Maybe you're not waiting the 5 or 10 seconds necessary after it disconnects for it to reconnect again? Just a thought. I thought that maybe when you saw that it had been disconnected, maybe you stopped the transfer at that point. If that's what you're doing, don't. Just wait about 10 seconds or so and it will reconnect and then transfer the contact(s). Quote Link to post Share on other sites
ufd108 Posted March 7, 2007 Report Share Posted March 7, 2007 I can't speak to the 8703e but my 7130c has no problem transferring business cards to the Z1.
