I'm a heavy smartphone (i5) user and really miss having the video output I used to have with the older non lightening iPhones. I'm not sure what I think of the app radio. Would this be an upgrade for me or a downgrade? Anyone have any feedback on the app radio? Pioneer in my opinion has been very gimmicky with the iPhone support over the years. Opinions? Agro Posted August 6, 2013 Report Share Posted August 6, 2013 I had the AVIC-Z140BH on my car last year. I thought the Nav sucked, I rarely used it. I didnt use the app mode on there either... It did have 3 pre-outs at 4V which seems nice. I have AppRadio 3 SPH-DA110 on my new tacoma and I love it so far. Waze on my iPhone5 works great for my nav. Sure there are tiny bugs for it, but it works well. I cant speak for Android, but I would say I am much happier than with my Z140BH. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
