Just got my AR3 radio hooked up.

Doesnt matter if Im using the radio, bluetooth or apps.....I get an "AMP Error" displayed on my screen.

Once it appears, the radio is locked. Cant do anything.

Have to turn off / turn on car for it to work again. Then within 5 minutes "AMP Error" comes back.

Any suggestions???!!!

AMP error on other Pioneer models means that the speaker outputs on the radio are touching metal or eachother.  I had a customer with a CD player that had the same message- he soldered/taped his wires up and then zip tied them together and there was a errant wire strand that was in contact with a metal dash support.  Pull the AppRadio out and make sure the speaker connections are solid.
