I have a radio that keeps on rebooting and i cant find a testmode file for it and i can use some help because i dont know shit about navigation radios

I have the same problem, I updated to the US 2.0080 version, followed the directions to the T, first day system worked great, second day I got what looked to be a windows error and now the system does a reboot loop to the menu screen where it is stuck on "loading", if I hit the audio it goes to the stereo and will play for approx 1 min and then it shuts off, reboots and does the same thing over again....I DO NOT want to send this to pioneer for them to charge me $80 bucks or possibly worse charge me $240 saying it wasn't the update that is causing the problem, I know for a fact it is become prior to the update my system worked fine for 6 years, I only did the update to tweak out the issues I had been dealing with for those 6 years, like the clock not keeping the time and a wanting a faster reboot. I did find the testmode file, you have to like a page on facebook, send them a screen shot of you liking it and he will email back the file, this file did not work for me however...Here is the Youtube video that I got the information to get the file...
