dgoodwin728 Posted October 9, 2014 Report Share Posted October 9, 2014 I was only able to use CarPlay for the first day. Now, it won't even open. The CarPlay logo comes up on the phone for 20 seconds then the phone locks and nothing happens. I have reset my phone, reset the USB and Iphone options in the radio, and powered off the car and stereo and turned it back on with no results. I have also reinstalled the firmware update to no avail. Anyone else having this problem and how do I fix it? Pretty annoying that I can't even use it. It is bad enough I had to disconnect the hdmi cable. Now I don't even get CarPlay to boot. If I we don't get an update I'm gonna forget CarPlay for a while till they get the bugs out and plug back into hdmi so I can at least use the phone on hdmi and app radio for now.
