jason1880
Here's the story. I've had the d1 on my saab 92x for nearly 2 years now. I had everything installed and working fine. Including VSS, Ipod adapter, XM navtraffic, and parrot bluetooth adapter. Just last week after a car wash, the VSS goes haywire and indicates that I'm always moving at a constant rate. I updated the nav disc this yesterday, performed the bypass and replaced the VSS t-tap by soldering the wires together. The bypass works perfectly, but I still get the constant speed signal from the VSS. Anyone have an idea what could be wrong!!??
maddmike
try unhooking it from the unit all together and test drive it, see what happens, you may need to find another vss location.
coocho
yeah i suggest unhooking the VSS if you cant figurte out whats wrong. The VSS isnt very crucial anyway.
