bestthereis27
Hey guys, I just got the D3 installed and everything is working like it should. When i plug my ipod in, it works and charges. When I power down the car the screen on the IPOD says "It's okay to disconnect" The screen stays on, backlight is off. Looks like the ipod never complete turns off or goes into sleep mode. I want to leave my Ipod in the glove compartment plugged in, I just want to know if there was anyway to power down the entire ipod when the car is off, without me having to manually unplug it. Can Pioneer have really designed it so that it drains the battery completely down until the car gets powered up again. Any suggestions would be great.
madmanfrommars
Well your ipod should shut off after five minutes of nonuse.
