Question about Avic 80 and

.............the AVD W620. This for any one who has installed this model b4. I put one in a Ram PU last night and after tryung to get some glue residue off the screen, the system started acting crazy. I was unable to get into the functions, the system started to go by itself in a search mode.

 

Now what I THINK I did wrong was:

 

1 Tried to get the residue off with out turning off the screen and over commanded (if that is a proper term) and I need to reset the hideawy (just looked at the manual which I did not have last night)

 

2. Used the worng kind of Glue remover and it did something to the screen.

 

Any ideas from you proFeshaNals??
