bluemxblaster04 Posted June 15, 2007 Report Share Posted June 15, 2007 Hey, ive had my D3 for a month or so im very happy with it. my only question is, how do you get it to go into nightmode. i would think it would have to do with the illumination and the headlights going on thats how it should be but for some reason it never changes and i found the setting to change it but it just doesnt change, does anyone know abuot this? thanks in advance. by the way my illumination wires hooked up properly but my dimmer wire isnt maby that has to do with it? its on a 2004 silverado.thanks. m-avant Posted June 15, 2007 Report Share Posted June 15, 2007 I wired my illumination wire to the rheostat, which sends a 12V signal to the HU when the lights turn on. It makes a big difference when the amount of light and glare is reduced. HTH Quote Link to post Share on other sites
