regal81455 Posted July 2, 2007 Report Share Posted July 2, 2007 for all those experiencing troubles with their navigation units...particularly the avic-d3 do what I did. Instead of hooking up to the ecm blue plug at pin 25 ( yellow W/ black stripe wire ) use the tan wire that goes to the wheel speed sensor on the passenger front wheel...you're able to expose this wire right along the frame towards the rear of the engine compartment.... i was getting the irregular speed pulse error consistently with it hooked up to the ecm pin, switched to this location and now have finally gone into 3d hybrid with this. regular speed pulse should be 2X your speed....55mph = 110 pulses not 55mph = 440 pulses like i was getting at the ecm!!
