bluebsh
I have a 2000 grand prix, and the company that installed my AVIC-N2 but the brain on a "shelf" behind the console (dash board) guess they mean on the floor? anyways... anyone know how to get back there? jimmy303
It's probably behind the radio, squooshed into a nook or cranny back there. You're gonna have to remove the dash fascia, and pull the radio to find it. Why do you need to get to it? Need the A/V inputs?

If they were smart they should have installed it below the center console. You will have to start at the armrest and work your way towards the front. It should be in here: There are also some threads on ClubGP that may be helpful.
