Speed sensor and reverse in 2003 chevy cavalier

just wondering if anyone knows where to hook up the VSS wire and if there is a shorter place to hook up the reverse wire instead of going all the way to the back of the car

Reverse Light lt. green + driver kick, harness to rear

 

Speed Sense dk. green/white PCM, blue plug, pin 34

Notes: The PCM is on the passenger side rear of the engine compartment.

 

 

This is the info for an 04, but it's the same stuff I used for both an 02 and an 03. so should be fine with that.

 

 

You're other option would be to pickup a metra gmos-01. Make sure it's in the black package, not the yellow. That'll give you retained accessory, vss, and reverse signals right at the radio harness.
