AT this point in time, the only way to import "waypoints" or "routes" into the 8000 is using Naviextras Toolbox, a computer program you download from the Naviextras website. If the data on your media is compatible, should be somewhat painless. If not, you have to re-enter on HU or on computer using a mapping program (such as Google Maps), export a .kml file, import into 'Toolbox, and go through sync' process.
