huddy Posted January 20, 2016 Report Share Posted January 20, 2016 Did you update your maps? You might have accidentally uninstalled the file during the Naviextras update. I would sync the Nav to a USB and use the Naviextras Toolbox to make sure that speech file is added to the unit. Only thing I can think as to why that TTS file/voice disappeared after you did an update. Just updating the firmware shouldn't have effected the Nav files. If you updated the Nav files separately using the Naviextras tool. Then that might explain it. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
