AVH-4100NEX Radio , No HD AM/FM Radio or presets

All of the sudden my Pioneer 4100nex HD Radio/ AM/FM radio will not function. I noticed that none of my presets were listed and the station tuner does not even show on the screen. I have attached a pic for reference. I was thinking that maybe the antenna cable in the back came out, but was still confused a to why the presets wouldn't show, so I went to a local Best Buy and there was a 4200nex on display with no antenna plugged in and it still showed presets and a station number that could be tuned. Obviously it showed no data coming in, but the presets and station number were still on the screen. While it's not the exact same model, I have to believe the would both act the same in this manner. I emailed Pioneer support and all they could offer up was to reset the radio, which I did again, and it still did not remedy it. 

 

I did do a reset on the radio and that still did not work. EVERYTHING else works just fine, just not the AM/FM radio.

 

Any ideas what it could be?

Go into the menus (not sure where it is) and do a factory reset.  You'll loose all your settings , but it might bring it back.

 

The reset button on the front is just a hardware reset
