how to install a n4 in 02 cadillac escalade AWD (suv)

do you want to keep on star or lose it do you have the parts for it already or do you need to get them what do you need to know about the install?

hey man, yes i wanna keep the onstar and i hve a bose system.i need to get the parts.first i bought a double din d3.i took it to circuitcity they said i won't fit in my caddy.they said my truck is 02 but my dash is from 01 models.so im going to return the d3 and get the n4. do you know wht i need to install the n4 in my suv. i think this time im going to install it myself.circuitcity charging me $310 with the parts and install. you think it's worth spending that kind of money on n4.is it worth it. on the other hand i don't wanna spend 1400 hundred bucks and not be able to watch dvd'd while the vehicle is in motion or change nav.i read it somewhere on the internet that you cant listen to music while u hve the nav running. can you listen to ipod while the nav is running.plz help.thx for looking out.plz reply

it has to be bypassed to watch dvd's or put in addresses while driving. listening to music or ipod while on nav is fine. it'll cut out and tell you directions at certain spots unless u turn it off

i got a 02 escalade got a n3 paid $1,000 on ebay bypassed works great and ipod. can watch movies while drivin,did not have to hook up the speed sensor cause it has gps everything works you can listen to the ipod while the nav is runnin .got mine installed for $90 bucks
