Kambiz
Good morning everyone, I have an AVIC F60DAB with firmware that is always regularly updated by carefully following the PIONEER instructions and always downloaded from the PIONEER official website. The last passage from firmware 1.20 to 1.21 (European (EW) Version) gave the message Update Failed! and from that moment on every time I try the update it goes to -1% for a fraction of a second and then the message Update Failed! I took the car radio to PIONEER service and they told me that the SD card must be replaced at a cost of € 220.00 and test it! But I also saw on this forum that many users have had this problem with PIONEER updates and that some have solved by replacing the SD card. In my case of AVIC F60DAB is there the file to restore the car stereo after replacing the SD card? But if the problem was caused by the PIONEER update shouldn't they take responsibility for the repair or is it planned obsolescence? Sorry for my English Thank you all for the support
