No Sound From D3! Help Please

Recommended Posts

I just did my install for my Avic D3. Everything was working fine, I had sound, the Ipod was working and everything was fine. I installed the Bluetooth adapted the BTB 200 and hooked up the phone, made a couple of calls, and then all of a sudden i have no sound from my speakers. I also hooked up my amp and subs, and I have sound from the subs and care hear the bass, but i dont have any sound from my front speakers, I checked the wires and everything is fine and tight?

I did do the bypass, as well and everything worked but I dont know what happened.

I dont have any sound or the screen does not beep when I make a selection on the screen?

If anybody can help, I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Thanks for the response.

My car is a 2001 Ford Mustang V6. I have a Optimus 500watt amp, and 2 10" Kicker subs. Everything was working perfectly, I tried out the Nav, I tried out the Dvd and a Cd, my ipod, my bluetooth, and then it just stopped working, do think a speaker at the door could of come unplugged. I have recently installed the mach 460 door tweeters because my car did not come with them. I did have the drivers side door wire that is to the door tweeter hanging down when i was putting the car back together, i might have pulled it and maybe one of the connections came loose at the tweeter? Not to sure though?

you have something shorted, go threw with a multi meter and check all the connections in behind the radio. put the meter on continuity and check from black on ground and red poke at each speaker to find the one that is grounded and when you hear a beep then that is the one that is grounded. thank god for mosfet cuse you would have blown it up.
