I want to use the DashCmd app, I bought it as i was having a problem with my car and wanted to run a diagnostic, but when i try to connect it won't so i thought maybe there is something else I need for it to work? thanks also I am in the UK , I wonder if this is a US only app? Appradio 2 iPhone 4s

Hi I am going to install the SPH-DA100 AppRadio 2 but i've read conflicting information about using an iphone 4 with iOS7, does anyone know how stable it is? the version i have is 7.1.1 (11d201) I have seen some videos of people using any iphone app on the unit and i was wondering how this works? i assum i need to jail break my phone and install an App? will this work with my setup? thank you
