It didn't get wet in the 24 hours I had it before installing it, but it was bought used so I have no clue what it could be... Really looking for suggestions on the easy things to try I may not be thinking of, or hoping someone knew what was wrong and it was an easy fix.

Hello all, first post here... I just upgraded receivers from the AVIC-x850bt to the AVH-4100NEX and I am having problems right away. This unit is used so I do not know the history, advertised to be in perfect working order, and seller appears to be very reputable... but I installed it yesterday and the buttons on the lower panel are not responding; ( volume, menu, seek etc ) They light up blue which I assume is the default color, but nothing happens when they are pressed. The screen is responding very well to every touch. The only thing I have tried to do up to this point is detach and reattac
