Running a AVIC-7000NEX updated to 1.14; with 1.14 and 1.11 when you press the Navi button you get the "loading" circle then a quick "loading iGo" prompt and nothing. The firmware didn't change anything and I can't download new software from Naviextras because I can't access the internal navigation menus at all. Save for sending it back to Pioneer what options are there? I own a shop that does all kinds of vintage and custom work so not much is out of my skill set but I don't want to send this to Pioneer unless I have to.
