Upgraded my firmware now my maps won't show up WTF!!

what files??? i tried to revert back to 3.003 but I still have no maps -
Just installed my avic-x710bt....upgraded the firmware to 3.010 and now my maps don't show up. All's I get is a grey screen. Is there anyway to reload the maps or I'm I SOL?
