So today I took on the idea of doing the firmware update on my Z140. Everything went smooth right up to the point of step 9 of the instruction set. At this point the screen showed progress as complete but the unit never rebooted. As a matter of fact, 30 minutes later and the screen appears to be locked at this screen and nothing seems to be able to shut it off. So does anyone have a solution for this issue? I have submitted a support ticket to Pioneer but sometimes they are not exactly the quickest to reply.
