Noi I am still in Trouble ! I may have to send it to Pioneer

Hi, As a complete professional NOOB I did something wrong via TestMode updating my UNIT and did flush important things USER and NDATA without doing BACKUP first. Anyone can help me ? I can pay for the service. My main goal was to Upgrade my X9310BT to X940BT to get Advanced App Mode. Now I get only one Apps THERE IS NO APPLICABLE PROGRAM lol Thanks in advance. Eric
