Ok well i know there is 6 pages on other thread, but half of that is all going back and forth with someone not knowing out to create a image on the z3. Wanting to use a HD duplicator. When is this z3 image coming? Is someone going to send it to someone for it to be hosted? Why is this so hard?

I don't get it?

1) Why start another thread when all this is already being discussed in another thread where anyone can easily catch up :?:

2) What's the rush? If the last upgrade is any indication then you'll hardly notice a difference after upgrading.

Let's just stick to the original thread on this same subject to keep it all in one place.

...and if you're in that much of a rush, you could always look in to getting the CD's from Pioneer and share your image with the rest ;-)

Patience...it's coming

Can someone explain to me what an "image" is? What can a z3 image do? I currently have a z2 and would like to update to a z3 as well. Is this just a "copy" of a z3 that everyone can use? I don't know a lot about this stuff that's why I'm asking. Thanks.

yes its the image of z3 hard drive, the whole hard drive. think it as just taking a whole picture of a hard drive. your basically duplicating it.
