you are NOT screwed, since you purchsed it through amazon you have NO PROBLEMS getting another unit if needed, if something goes wrong you tell amazon and they take care of it since they signed the contract with 6ave, no worries broand if you have any cutomer services issues, your screwed there. Do a search.

I've seen a few places mentioned and I'm no different than others in that I'm debating between spending a few more bucks to acquire that safe feeling of authorized dealer notion vs best price. Here's one more via amazon. Only listing it because of the positive experiences through Amazon (including when 3rd party vendors involved). It's backed by Discount Jungle. ..so looking for any obvious gothcha experiences with them. I've read their reviews and found an interesting tid bit, but you all on this site have the ultimate experience with Pioneer provisioning and myself... well this is my first Pioneer sorry to say. f90bt

So I was browsing Pioneers authorized online dealers and clicked my way to ABT.com.
They currently have the F700BT for $647 once you put it in the cart.

I livein the chicago area and ABT is a really great store. They always wheel and deal to help you out. Good people. I bought my current av set up from the them. Sony TV and stand.

You guys just just need to find a friend who works for a certain BLUE electronics retailer. They get everything for cost + 5%, the 900BT is $725 befor tax.

I got the F700BT through Ebay about 2 months ago w/ Live Cashback it worked out to about $438 shipped. 
The cashback was available yesterday and I cashed out. You could always throw in a Square Trade warranty.

don't you want to keep the pioneer warranty? 2 years from them or from a non-authorized dealer?
check out abt.com you can get the Aivc-F90BT for 897.00 free shipping and they an authorized dealer too.
I am going to see if I can get al-eds.com to match the price. I will post when I get the yes or no.

I don't know sonic too much. What would they do if the item breaks? would they give me a new one? since they are not an authorized dealer/repair, you're telling me your ok with them fixing it?
