I am new to this and suck really bad at Photoshop. I like the Infiniti ones on here but was wondering if someone could make me a sweet looking one with the infinti emblem and a picture with a qx4 in the background of it.. It would be awesome if someone could make me one of these. I get my avic 900 in two days... cant wait..

Hey guys, quick question... I don't have my F90BT yet but I'm pretty hand with Photoshop so I was going to make my own splash screen (either Scion or Alabama themed) and I really like those little round pictures on some of these screens that have the iPod, HD Radio, Sirius, etc. in the, (different color circle logos with the writing underneath). I looked through most of these pages and didn't see so I was curious... anyone got those images that I can borrow in my own designs? Very Apple-like and I plan to use one of those Apple (maybe iPhone but probably just Apple) themes when I get my F90BT.

You can crop out the buttons from a previous background and edit them as you like. That's what I did with my RX-8 one and it came out good. I also did the mirror image instead of the under glow
Can you use animated Jpg's for your splash start up image...
No one has figured out how to do it yet so nope:( if you can find out a lot of ppl on this forum would be happy tho

.gif files are not compatible, this has been discussed. Stand by however, IIRC Leetcoder was working out a way to make the avic accept .gif in his Leetlauncher.

The idea of having animated images on the load screen is pretty cool. Shame he's looking at animated gif though, the compression gif uses leads to alot of banding and gradients which IMHO will look absolutely horrible on the f series screens. Perhaps he'll look into other animated formats as well such as .png.

lol I knew this image would replace those loading icons everyone is using.
Wish the unit could handle gradients a little better, but this were I got before giving up.

Here it is. I take no credit in making the actually wallpaper. The original is blue. Made mine red because my truck is red and black.

Go to Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation. A small window will open. Check the little box on bottom right(says Color or something ) and then move the sliders to how you want. Red is all the way left or right with the top slider. Adjust the others accordingly.
