I just purchased an Avic-F500BT because I was told that it would play videos while in drive and low and behold it doesn't! So my question is how do I bypass it. I read some of the older posts where there was no luck but hopefully someone figured it out.

Yes, I bypassed my 500bt. You have to do the software mod found in the bypass thread. Then you have to ground the parking brake wire. Check out the bypass thread, it tells you how to do it there.
