I was going to buy the 700bt, but it was only $80 cheaper.

Lets hope it's not as bad as people make it out to be, lol.

Ebay with Live.com cashback!

Search using live.com for "avic" and you should get an advert at the top of the screen for 30% cashback, this can change daily.

Click the link and you should go to ebay.

Have a look in the list for 90bt and there were a couple, both at $700.

Cashback is 30%, but maxed at $200, so 200 off the 700 is $500.

You're not the first to use the 30% live.com cashback. I jumped on this deal over two weeks ago. Already installed and my rebate is due in 44 days. Got my avic for $520.

Akk reading the rest of the forum I came across another post about the cashback offer.

I just wanted to post originally because I couldn't believe how low it was.

I went to Car Toys yesterday to get a quote for them to install and when they heard how much it cost me they got really pissed off and started adding all these extra's to the install cost! Bastards! Couldn't believe them.

Going to do it myself now.

Live.com cashback is very popular on the web right now. I almost used it myself but im not patient enough to wait 2 months for the rebate Nobody that asks you to take a look at it gets any kickbacks so it is not spam of any sort.

do you need to set up an account on live.com to use it. Or after searching live.com for avic stuff and finding one, and paying with paypal it automatically is set up for you and sends u your rebate? i did all that add see the logo saying i can save up to 200..but i'm not sure if i need to set up another account

So definintely read the Terms and Conditions, there are some specific rules.

Also make sure you have the 30% off graphic at the top of the ebay screen, otherwise the discount will not apply. You should also see the graphic as you go through the purchase process.

You also got to pay using paypal, if you don't you don't get the rebate.

Once you buy the item through buy it now and pay by pay pal you get a message in your ebay message account after about 10 minutes. Once you get that it gives you a link to live.com. Click that and sign in. That links the accounts.

For me I had to wait 12 hours before it appeared in my www.live.com/cashback account.

But do read the Terms and conditions as it can be easy to make it void.

after cash back mine will be 478. i cant wait to install it in my car. hopefully everything works out well. im glad they upped the max usage to 6

did the same...got mine delivered for 489.

after needed install gear cost me about 550 installed in my 08 f350.

ya I didnt mind cause the seller had 99.9% feedback for over 1500 sales.....so I didnt mine the extra $50 with the $200 cashback! I ordered it Friday and it arrived today!

You go to live.com and search for "avic" and there should be an ebay advertisment at the top of the page.

Some times it doesn't appear. I ended up searching for "sony" to get the link and then searched for avic afterwards on ebay.

As long as you have the cashback logo on the ebay page you should be fine, but please read the terms and conditions as if you make a mistake I don't want to get the blame.

Also it's not always 30%, sometimes it's 20% and sometimes not even there. Also you're maxed at $200 cashback per single item.

i know it takes a while to get the cash back..did anyone receive theres yet and how long after the purchase. im about to do this and was wondering how long i should expect the money. thanks

It takes 60 days after you purchase and then you can transfer the money into your paypal account.

You also got to pay using paypal. I've said it several times before, read the Terms and Conditions as it's easy to screw it up.
