Since I screwed up my unit doing the 80MT upgrade, I paid and downloaded the factory service menual for the D3.

If anyone may have a need for this, let me know and I can send you the PDF....

Having touble emailing it out, it's a 55MB PDF even when compressed... going to have to find some sort of FTP host.

I would be most interested in this. Put the file up on rapidshare, gigasize etc or some other website. You could also put it up in the newsgroups or as a last resort use bit torrent.

I would also try contacting jlong1987 and seeing if he will post this file as well. He has been graciously hosting the Upgrade discs on his FTP server and people have been quite happy with the speed and his great service. Thanks again.

i found a paper with a unit that i got from a friend. if you hold the menu button and the back arrow or the left facing arrowed one then hit the rest button and its supost to unlock the dvd drive and when the eject button does not work.

Maybe that guy who has the map discs on his ftp server will let you post the manual there if you get his permission first. He has an uploads directory.

well i guess that there is a lot of people out there downloading it and i have not been able to get in to get it so i hope tonight i will be able to in on it.

and or when you click the link it tries to download the pdf and display it at the same time. so....

so to all that try to download it. know that it will take a min or two with after you click that link up some post from me so just let it down load and then it will show up so that all will know that its not something to do with jlongs server just like others have said when downloading the maps from him.

let it load in the window. took bout 10 mins for me. and then click the diskite icon saving the file. mine was a little over 40mb.

ok now this is great, i looked over every thing. now if anyone can get the white papers on an ipod dock or i phone dock. then we would be able to come up with a nice dock that some people have been asking for that would work. i would not mind trying to get one together. so if anyone could come up with one that would match the same pin look it would not be that hard to get it put together. so thanks for the manual. there is a lot of people going to love this.
