How do you do it or do you have to delete on your phone first then reload? There has to be a simple way to do with the system.

On the Navi:

Main Menu, Phone, Phone Settings, scroll down, clear memory, clear contacts.

JasonH is correct, but that does delete ALL the contacts. If you want to only remove a few from the Nav and keep them on the phone, you'll have to edit the phonebook file (or delete from phone, sync, add back to phone). Do a search for SQL Editor on the forum.

Thanks I was looking for a way to delete one at a time. That would be a nice update option, in addition to adding contacts manually.
