I just bought a F900-BT and was wondering which method is better to use the Wire method or the Software method. I have found guides to the wire method, but have not found a tutorial on the software way (pioneer.ini)

I have one comment that sounds more like a flame. If you don't know how to utilize the search option to find the right post, you probably have no business meddling with data.zip. If you decide that I am wrong and you know best, then at least save a backup.
