Anyone know why while watching videos from iphones or sdcards that are ripped from dvds to mp4 files are so small on the screen and why they dont fill the full screen even if you have it in (window mode-FULL)?

Use the proper resolution when encoding. The screen itself is 800x480, but I find 640x480 looks best for most video.
