Ok, So apparently the F-Series uses Windows CE as its operating system if I understand this correctly. I loaded up a Windows CE emulator and loaded up some of the F-Series Apps, and no go. CE doesn't recognize the apps as being windows CE compatible.
Also, it would be nice to work on a topology of the F-Series variables in its programs. To show how they're all interconnected, making programming easier and more towards being flawless.
