Does anyone think this will will work. If both unit run on the same OS Windows 5.0. Do you think you can put the AVIC X-Series firmware on the F Series. If you think about it might work. Its just a carpc if you think about. All you would need is a fresh copy of the X-Series. Then you wouold get all the new stuff.

I'd just wait for the 3.0 update to come out for $60, then it'll be the same as an X-Series under thier warranty. JMO
