ONLY DOWNLOAD FILES IF YOU OWN THE RIGHTS TO USE 3.0

Retell nor Avic411 Condones Piracy.

To reduce the strain on Turboss, I found a torrent. Currently download speeds will be about 140kbps but should rise quickly.

I want to thank SK360 for providing the flash disk. To install update your CE to the newest in the X series update: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=25487. Then replace all your files on the flash disk with the ones in the torrent zip.

Thanks much for posting the torrent .... the FTP host is a good place to start, but it is quckly overwhelmed. Remeber ......... even after you are complete with your download, continue to seed for your community.

Thanks guys. I just installed 3.0 in under 30 minutes and it is running great. I am making a complete guide as we speak

Most people seem to be hitting about 220kbps so in an hour or two I may stop seeding.

Also here is a complete guide to install: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=25751

Thanks man much appreciated! I'll be sure to seed this back for weeks.

It was going 220 because my internet was capped on this machine to 220 :) if I didnt have the other machines and servers on I'd let it go faster.

I limited it to 25! haha I'm dling at 20 sure as hell not seeding at 220

If I am not mistaken, does the X-series have a slightly different UI than the F-series? Either graphics, colors, menus, etc?

So if I apply this update, doesn't this essentially make my F90 an X-series at least as far as software is concerned?

Retell, thanks for the new 3.0 myflashdisk software. I am still waiting to see if the Navi mute button and stop route hacks can be done before i put it on my unit but I'm sure one of you fine folks will figure this out soon enough.

Thanks again,

HR

ps. I replaced the DATA.zip right on my laptop as opposed to doing it when doing the update on the unit itself, has anyone tried doing it this way?
