I cannot thank you enough! I'll give this a shot.

If I get the 3D Bldgs. to work, I'll have everything upgraded to 3.0 that I want. Only now, it's definitely better and faster.

Now I'd like to change the image.res file to update the on-screen icon schemes...anyone know if the ones from v2.0 will work here?

does anybody have an idea how i could get the 3d buildings to work.

i have an f700bt and live in europe, i installed the legal update to 3.0.

i checked on my device but i do not have any .3dc files in the building folder.

what are the steps to get this to work? i guess i need to find the .3dc files, do i also need additional license files? and how about a hacked ezrider? (i have the legal 3.0 update)

any help on this would be greatly appreciated, i tried getting this all to work on my emulator but so far i have not been succesfull

Yes, you need both the additional license as well as the hacked ezrider in addition to the 3dc files. The 3dc can be from 2.0 or 3.0 from Navteq or Teleatlas regardless of which maps you're using.
