I tried to upgrade my f90 and did not back up my flash disk and now i have a expensive paper weight I have tried to find the files to restore my avic but not having any luck if anyone has them that would be a big help.

if you can get into the wincd upgrade menu or testmode you might have a chance. upgrade the wince & reinstall the software and maps.
