aight ive had this problem and havent known what was wrong.. the screen with go down fine but when it goes up, at the end i have to help it go back.. i just recently changed the screen and noticed that the plastic gears on the side either skipped a few teeth and it doesnt sit right on the metal slider.. how can i get the plastic gear slider back to line up with the metal slider?

Need to order a new rack and take the whole unit apart to install. Do advance search for 'rack' and posts by me.
